SingWow (the “Application” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our Application and users (“you”). We have developed this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding Personal Data (defined below) collected from users of our Application and online services (“Services”). This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control.
By using our Services, you signify that you understand and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not install, use, or access our Services. We may update this Policy from time to time and will post updates to this Policy, including the effective date of the Policy.
Note to Users Outside of Vietnam. If you are not a Vietnamese user of the Service, by using the Service and providing us with Personal Data, you acknowledge and agree that we may process your Personal Data for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy. In addition, your Personal Data may be processed in the country where the data was collected and in other countries, including Vietnam, which may have less stringent laws regarding the processing of Personal Data than the laws in your country. By providing your data, you consent to such transfers.
"Personal Data" means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including your name, address, telephone number, bank account, email address, and any other non-public information about you or linked to any of the foregoing, including the music content ("Content") you create using our Services. "Aggregate Data" means Personal Data that is aggregated by or for an Application into an anonymous group of users that is large enough to prevent a single user from being specifically identified, and "Anonymous Data" means Personal Data that is anonymized by or for an Application so that a third party cannot easily identify a specific individual.
1.1. Information You Provide Directly to Us
(1)Additional Profile Information
You may also choose to provide the Application with additional Personal Data that we will make publicly available for your profile (a “Public Profile”), such as a photo, your location, and other information about yourself. The information you provide in your Public Profile will be visible to others, including anonymous visitors to the Services.
(2)Account Basics
To register for an Application account on the Services, you must provide the Application with certain Personal Data, such as your email address, username, and password. Your username is publicly listed on the Services, including in search results. We may use your email address to send you information about the Services, provide customer support, or notify you about other Application products and services. You may unsubscribe from notifications from the Application using your account settings.
(3)Information from Third-Party Social Media Accounts
If you log in to the Services using a third-party social network (such as Facebook), we will collect any information you agree to provide to the Application through that account, which may include: (1) your full name, (2) your user ID/URL, (3) your profile photo, (4) your friends list, (5) your email address, and/or (6) your date of birth. This information will be used primarily for user registration and to enhance your social experience on the Service, which may include interactions and notifications between friends, chat or messaging features, news, public leaderboards, live competitions, and other similar features. If you log into the Application using a third-party social network and agree to provide the Application with a list of friends on that social network, the friends on that network will automatically be interested in you on your Application account. Automatically configured to attract your friends. However, you can cancel interest in any other user on the Application at any time.
(4)Content, Tracking and Other Public Information
The Application Service is designed to help you create and share content. Most of the information you provide to the Application is information that you ask the Application to make public. This includes the content you create and the accompanying data related to that content, such as when you created the content, the people you care about, the songs you marked as favorites or shared, and your comments on content provided by other users. We will link this information to your personal data, and we may use this information and other information obtained when you use the Service to customize the content we show you, including advertising. When you share information or content through the Service, you should carefully consider what you make public.
(5)Public Forums
You can access forums, message boards, blogs and/or news groups through the Service. Please remember that any information you post in these areas will become public information. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unwanted responses. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any of your personal information in a public forum.
(6)Surveys and Contests
We may occasionally conduct or sponsor surveys and contests. Participation in surveys and contests is completely voluntary. If you choose to participate, we may ask you for contact, demographic, and other information. We use this personal data to understand our users and their use of the Site and Services and to improve the Site and Services, and we may provide users with the results of these surveys and contests.
1.2 Information We Receive When You Use the Services
(1)Log Data and Location Information
When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain log data, including your IP address, browser type, hardware type, unique device ID, operating system version, your actions within the Services, and your location (based on opting in to location-based services, based on your device's GPS coordinates). We use this information to administer, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, and to help us understand how you and our other users use the Site and Services. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to users of our applications, which helps us track which emails recipients open and which links they click.
(2)Installed Application Information
When you use the Services, we automatically collect information about the applications installed on your device. This information will help us determine whether your device has an eligible third-party social media application installed so that we can complete the relevant functional processes of the Services, such as sharing functions, etc
(3)Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website uses cookies to send certain record-keeping information on your computer or mobile device, and other similar technologies to collect usage data, track your preferences, provide content and advertising tailored to your interests, and other similar purposes. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more interactive and personalized experience on our Services. These cookies cannot read other data from your hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites or applications. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies unless you reconfigure your browser to refuse them or to notify you when you receive a cookie. We do not currently respond to “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that allow consumers to opt out of tracking by websites and services.
(4)Google Analytics
We use the Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting feature to collect information about the use of the Services. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Services, the pages they visit when they visit the Services, and what other services they used prior to visiting the Services. We do not facilitate the merger of your personal data with non-personally identifiable information collected through Google Analytics unless we have notified you of such merger. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
(5)Chat and Messages
When you use the instant messaging chat function, we may automatically filter illegal information about pornography, violence or fraud for keyword blocking. Please rest assured that your chat data is encrypted and protected and we only use it for security purposes.
(6)Payment and Transactions
When you use our top-up or payment functions and initiate a payment request, we may collect your user ID, country/region, payment currency, payment amount, payment time, payment method, order number and other information in order to complete the payment and transaction process through the application program interface (API) supported by the third-party payment service provider.
(7)Feedback and Reporting
When you use the feedback function in SingWow, we need to collect feedback descriptions and screenshots. If you do not provide such information, we may not be able to help you solve the problem or respond to your feedback. In addition, if you want to make a report (for example, when you find any illegal content, illegal user behavior or your rights are violated), we need to collect your report description, report type and related chat records (if any) in order to understand the facts and help you solve the problem.
(8)Improve user experience
To improve your user experience (for example, to make it easier for you to view your account information, send you push notifications, and provide you with personalized content and services that may interest you), we may automatically collect information about your system setting language, gender, clicks and actions, program progress (including login status, interaction information/status, achievement information, etc.), operating system, network information (such as IP address), device data (such as device identifiers such as IMEI), country/region, mobile phone card country code, network operator name, network operator number, device model, screen resolution, geographic location, anonymous user identifiers, etc., and analyze this data.
(9)Maintain stability and security
To maintain the stability and security of SingWow and your account, when you use SingWow, we automatically collect data related to the operation of the mobile application and your online operations, such as data related to your login status, clicks and actions, user device data (such as IMEI and other device identifiers), operating system data, network information (such as IP address), etc.
(10)Social Network and Interaction
You can find friends in the APP to establish connections in the SingWow community. We will recommend users that you may be interested in through data analysis. In addition, SingWow also provides a variety of social functions, such as creating a family, to help you interact with other users and enjoy the fun brought by SingWow.
A. Cross-border transfer
We deploy local servers in many countries around the world. For the needs of global operations and security management, your personal information may be transferred to other jurisdictions where our affiliated companies are located and processed in such jurisdictions. In this case, we will take necessary and appropriate protection measures to ensure the security of your personal information during transmission and require the recipient of your personal information to provide adequate protection and security in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
B. Retention period
We will retain your personal information to the extent necessary for the legitimate business needs of the Company (for example, to provide you with services and comply with legal, tax and financial requirements), unless otherwise provided by applicable laws or regulations. We will delete or anonymize your personal information when it is no longer necessary to use your personal information or the retention period specified by applicable laws or regulations expires.

Any information in your public profile (e.g., your username and any profile picture, location, or other information you provide in your public profile, but not necessarily your first and last name or email address) will be available to other users accessing the Services. By default, content you create through the Services or upload to the Services will be public and available to users of the Services. Similarly, if you comment on any content on the Services, your comment will be public and available to users of the Services.

We may disclose your Personal Data with your explicit consent.
(3)Advertisers and Other Business Partners
We may share anonymous or aggregated data about our users or their use of the Services with our advertisers and partners. This means that we may tell advertisers general information about the characteristics of our user base, but we will not specifically identify specific users or visitors by name or provide users' contact information. We may share your unique device ID and/or location (based on opt-in location-based services, based on your device’s GPS coordinates) with advertisers or other partners, or provide these parties with reports on the number of unique users who have viewed or clicked on their ads. We may also share your device identifier, network information (network type, operator name, IP address), device hardware information (device model, device screen resolution, device hardware manufacturer, device product name), operating system information (system name, system version, system language), application information (time zone, application name, application version number), etc. with advertisers or other partners so that we can provide you with better services and enhance your experience using SingWow.

We may disclose your information on a confidential basis to non-affiliated service providers we have engaged to perform application services related to the provision of our Services. 10.1 This Agreement is entered into and signed between you and the SingWow Team in Hong Kong; the formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement and other related matters shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the Agreement is signed (excluding conflict of laws).
10.2 Preliminary Dispute Resolution. The parties agree that if any dispute, disagreement or claim (collectively, "Dispute") arises in connection with the use of the Service or any matter related thereto, including but not limited to the validity, enforceability or other disputes of the Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first seek a solution through friendly negotiation. 10.3 If the dispute is not resolved through the above means within thirty days after a party issues a written notice, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (hereinafter referred to as "HKIAC") for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules and procedures in force at the time. The arbitration shall be conducted in Hong Kong, governed by Hong Kong law, and the arbitration language shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one or three arbitrators, the specific number of which shall be determined by negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, it shall be appointed by HKIAC. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Except as otherwise provided in this clause, the arbitration costs shall be borne by the losing party. If the arbitral tribunal finds that one party is partially successful and the other party is partially successful, the arbitration costs shall be shared by the arbitral tribunal in proportion to the specific circumstances. In addition, you understand the borderless nature of the international Internet and agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding online conduct and content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the transmission of information exported from your country or region.
This agreement is available in Vietnamese and English. In any case, the English version is the final interpretation version and has legal effect. If there is any inconsistency between the Vietnamese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
